  • Optional Cancellation for Any Reason Plan Improvement: Available at an additional cost, if a customer cancels their trip for a reason not already covered by this plan, 75% of prepaid, forfeited, non-refundable payments will be refunded or any deposits paid by the customer for the trip, provided the terms of the plan are met.
